03 / IMPLEMENTATION LAYER

Invariant Core

Invariant Core is the implementation shorthand for declared invariant definitions, inspection and status logic, violation handling and audit references within VULKANUS_BUNKER.

What it contains

Declared invariant schemas, evidence references, gate conditions, status transitions, receipts and bounded violation-response logic.

What it does not establish

It is not a metaphysical origin, a universal law, an independently established technology class, or proof that every system path is enforced.

Runtime boundary

Some local paths have verified pre-effect barriers and admitted-effect execution. Coverage remains path-specific. Repo-wide mutation enforcement, OS-wide interception, strong autonomy and system-wide stability are not evidenced.

Operational status language

Historical PASS receipts remain evidence for their named tests and times. They must not be restated as a timeless SYSTEM_STATE: STABLE, RUNTIME_RISK: ZERO or universal runtime proof.
